How do I get from the airport to Downtown Helsinki?

Tervetuloa, welcome! You can take the HSL bus 615 or the Finnair shuttle bus. This will cost you around 4–6 € and you’ll reach downtown in about 30 minutes. If bus is not your thing, taxi is faster and will cost around 40 €.

Is there transportation to the venue?

You can get there by bus 14, the Matalasalmenkuja stop is 500 metres from the venue. For more route planning, check out Reittiopas.

Is there internet access at the venue?

Yes. There will be appropriate wireless connectivity at the venue.

Will I get access to the presentations and material?

Yes. After the event will publish the talks and material on this site.

How do the tracks work?

The conference program is composed of three simultaneous tracks: tech, design and growth. You can either follow a certain theme or go surfing between tracks, the choice is yours. Keynote talks will, however, gather all guests together, and there will be no overlapping speeches or workshops.

Do I need to sign-up for the workshops?

No. The workshops don’t require signing up, they work on a first-come, first-served policy.

Do I need a laptop for the handsons/workshops?

You will need to bring your own laptop for Petka Antonov's Advanced Bluebird and Hugo Fiennes's Build a Real IoT Device Yourself sessions.

I have dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Unfortunately not, but the food we serve should suit almost all dietary restrictions. There will be meat-free, vegan and gluten-free alternatives.
